WHO ARE WE?
The Algoma Youth Wellness Hub is a "one-stop shop" for youth ages 12-25 to address their needs related to mental health, substance use, primary care, education, employment, training, housing, and other community and social services. These hubs will include peer, outreach, and system navigation services. Services emphasize quality and will be timely, integrated, and co-located.

COUNSELLING
NURSE PRACTITIONER
PEER SUPPORT
Provides mental health and substance uses services. Services begin with a questionnaire to better understand your needs/challenges and the goals that you have for yourself and your care.
